Notes for use of VOCs catalyst:

In order to make more effective use of organic waste gas purification (combustion) catalyst high activity, high purification rate, high temperature resistance and long service life, please note the following in the specific use process.

Operations:

1. Before each use of catalyst, first with the heating of the outer, with fresh air preheating catalyst bed layer, and make the bed temperature higher than that of fuel light-off temperature above 150 ℃ for 20 minutes, and then gradually to the exhaust gas.

2. It is absolutely forbidden to introduce organic waste gas when the temperature of the catalyst bed is lower than that of combustible material, otherwise it is very easy to cause the catalyst poisoning to fail;

3. Avoid the introduction of dust as much as possible to avoid blocking the channel of catalyst;

4. When the equipment is stopped, the exhaust gas source must be cut off, and it is absolutely forbidden to continue to pass into the exhaust gas after cutting off the heating power of the catalytic bed layer and the temperature is lower than the required preheating temperature. Cut off the gas source used fresh air purging reaction bed after half an hour or more, can fully meet the requirements before stop device, but must use heating of the outer preheating of fresh air, avoid cold;

5. If you encounter as the catalyst bed temperature too low or exhaust gas fuel concentration in higher reasons cause the loss of the catalyst activity, or encountered a sudden power outage, please put the catalyst bed when the phone is switched on again in front of the ascent to 500 ℃ preheat temperature and fresh air 1-2 hours, can restore or partial recovery catalyst activity; But at this time to pay attention to avoid the catalyst bed temperature over 700 ℃ for a long time, so as not to rush, agents thermal aging;

6. Special remind: because some chemicals can make catalyst poisoning, such as sulphur, lead, arsenic, mercury, and halogen organic or inorganic matter the damaging effects of the catalysts is very strong, will lead to permanent deactivation of catalysts, unable to restore activity;

7. The late activity of the catalyst in the process of use can be reduced slowly, and the catalyst in the upper and lower layers can be placed in a counterposition.
